Description:
8-12" long erect white panicles in July-August. Fragrance similar to that of a Gardenia. Good yellow fall color. Great for massing on the woodline or in the shrub border. Effective under shade trees. We like to call it the "sumac of the shade"; grows similarly forming small groves. Nuts are inedible.
