Description:
Pyramidal, dense when young developing a rounded crown at maturity. Golden bark peeling off in small strips. Dark green foliage turns yellow in fall. Good for naturalizing. Must be planted in cool, moist soil. Does not tolerate drought. Twigs smell of wintergreen when scratched. NATIVE.
