Description:
Attractive compound leaves up to 12" long emerge with a greyish-green pubescence, unfurling to a dark olive-green. Bark is very interesting with rich, shining, amber-brown netted appearance that peels with maturity. Late summer flowers are delicate, creamy, and fresh smelling. Prefers well-drained soil. Good tree for its late bloom and winter interest. Handles urban environments, drought and poor soils without missing a beat. A perfect street tree!
